After many years in production, the Audi TT remains one of the most successful models in its segment. Originally designed to be pleasant to drive and look attractive, it has been continually upgraded to retain its position on the market. The 2022 model year also brought a number of changes to this car. To wit, the TT got a new bronze-themed appearance package. It is offered as an option and includes a great number of uniquely designed exterior and interior parts and accessories. To wit, the model upgraded with this package runs on bronze 20-inchers, has bronze interior accents, and so on. Those owners who want to go further and make their coupe or convertible look like nothing else on the road can upgrade it with 2022 Audi TT accessories and parts from the aftermarket.
As far as the powertrain is concerned, the car soldiers on unchanged. The coupe model is powered by a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine offered with two different power outputs. In the base model, it makes 228 horsepower. The TTS is equipped with its more powerful version producing 288 horsepower. The TT Roadster comes with a less capable variant of an engine. A seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission is the only option available. Inside, all models also remain unchanged for 2022. Just like before, the interior is crafted from premium materials and features a minimalist yet elegant design. The biggest change for this year is the release of the limited-edition version of the TT RS which features the liveries of the Ur-Quattro from the 1980s. Unfortunately, this model was designed to mark the end of sales for this coupe in the USA.
More specifically, the TT RS Heritage Edition comes in five color combinations with 10 examples in each. All of them feature specially designed 20-inch wheels, a sport exhaust system, OLED exterior lighting, etc. On the mechanical side of things, the newcomer is identical to the ordinary TT RS: it is powered by a five-cylinder engine generating 394 horsepower. The mill is paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission and Quattro all-wheel drive. Both models are equipped with adaptive dampers which make them feel stable on the road. Want to get the most out of your TT RS in terms of performance? You can upgrade it with custom exhausts, air intake, lowering kit, and wheels to reach the goal.
