LAlthough an all-new, ground-up redesign is not on the way for the 2021 Nissan GT-R, there are a few notable changes to pay attention to. The biggest news is the replacement of the 50th Anniversary Edition model with the new T-spec. The newbie stands out from the rest with uniquely designed body parts and accessories. It also got exclusive exterior colors. Other than that, the Nissan GT-R enters another year essentially unchanged. This is not so bad considering its gut-punch acceleration along with excellent handling and cornering. But you can get even more out of your GT-R R35, dubbed Godzilla all around the globe. There are lots of ways to make it happen. Sports car customization has been a huge industry for years. Today, there are numerous custom rims and tires, air intakes, exhaust systems, and many other 2021 Nissan GT-R accessories and parts available to choose from. So you are sure to find the right components for your build.
The 2021 GT-R is still powered by a V6 engine which is force-fed by a pair of turbochargers to make either 565 or 600 horsepower depending on the model. A six-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission remains the only option. It sends power to all four wheels. In such a configuration, the car can jump from zero to 60 mph in a mere 2.9 seconds. The higher trims, namely the Track Edition and the NISMO, boast a tuned version of the above-mentioned engine which is capable of producing up to 600 horses. The Premium trim is powered by a 565-hp variant. When it comes to the T-Spec limited edition, it combines the features of the other three trims. To wit, it is motivated by the Premium model’s engine but sports the aggressively designed bodywork of the Track Edition. However, its fenders are wider than those of the Track Edition. Finally, the newbie received the NISMO’s carbon-ceramic brakes.
On the outside, the model looks even sportier with a carbon-fiber rear wing and blacked-out hood ducts. It also got forged aluminum wheels in gold. You can replace them with custom ones currently available in a wide spectrum of colors and numerous designs and styles. The finest of them are gathered in our selection of 2021 Nissan GT-R parts and accessories. In addition to the above-said, the new trim is available in two exclusive paint colors, namely Millennium Jade and Midnight Purple, both of which pay tribute to GT-R cars of yore. The interior is gussied up with Mori Green. The GT-R T-spec comes with leather seats that feature pearl suede accents. Finally, the car received unique badging. Every 2021 GT-R model comes with various amenities including a dual-zone climate control, heated front seats, and the like.
