It comes optional on all flavors of the vehicle, so you can actually choose whether you want to upgrade to it or not. Perhaps the most prominent 2020 change is that a 10-speed automatic previously available only on Touring and Elite versions is now standard throughout the lineup. A nine-speed automatic transmission is dropped for this year. The entire Odyssey lineup is also getting the Idle Stop system which improves fuel economy now rating of 19 mpg in the EPA’s city cycle and 28 mpg on the highway. Just like before, Honda’s people mover is nimble, which makes it competent in corners and easy to navigate narrow city streets.

While there are no interior changes made to the Odyssey for this year, there weren’t much to be improved. Once inside a vehicle, you’ll find spacious and comfortable seats in all rows. Second and third rows are claimed to be the roomiest in the minivan class. All 2020 Honda Odyssey parts of the interior are made from first-class materials. Depending on the trim, the minivan offers various goodies. For instance, upgrading to the Elite trim brings a heated steering wheel, rain-sensing wipers, etc.
