The new diesel is rated at 277 hp and 460 lb-ft of torque and can be paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission. For 2020, this gearbox can be mated to a 5.3-liter V8. It is now a standard powertrain combination on the AT4 and Denali, representing an upgrade from the previous 8-speed transmission.
