First introduced to American drivers as a four-door compact car for the 1992 model year, the Hyundai Elantra is currently the second longest-running nameplate in the automaker’s lineup. Now in its sixth generation, the sedan and hatchback keep providing a comfortable and refined driving experience that pushes boundaries. For 2019, the Elantra got a big update that makes it look completely different to the outgoing model. The changes include revised styling and some additional safety features. Besides, you can find more available technology in the cabin. The powertrain is unchanged. The turbocharged 1.4 L and 2.0 L engines carry over to the 2019 model year. The Elantra Sport is powered by a turbocharged 1.6 L engine. A high-performance version of the Elantra dubbed the GT N Line becomes available for the 2019 model year featuring a redesigned front fascia, 18-inch N alloy wheels, N line gearshift knob, and bolstered sport seats. With all 2019 Hyundai Elantra parts and accessories perfectly working together, the automaker’s new car delivers the same smooth and reliable driving as before.
Refinements to the Elantra’s exterior and interior bring even more attractive looks. On the outside, all 2019 Hyundai Elantra accessories and parts are perfectly combined to create the exterior which looks nothing like the 2018 sedan. Thus, the front fascia boasts a new hood and front fenders. The grille retains a hexagonal shape, yet it is now broader than before and pinched in by large fog light housings. As a result, the new front end looks more aggressive. The 2019 Elantra also brings new headlights. The rear got a new trunk and tail lights. The license plate recess has been moved to the lower fascia. The redesigned wheels that range from 15 to 17 inches round up the exterior changes for this year.
Inside, all 2019 Hyundai Elantra accessories and parts create a clean and modern design that keeps every occupant comfortable. Meanwhile, the interior has also got a bunch of updates which customers will certainly like. The center stack now boasts new air vents and new climate controls. The redesigned storage tray features an optional wireless charging pad for 2019 Elantra Limited models. The Hyundai Elantra SE comes standard with a 5-inch display, yet other versions adopt a bigger 7-inch touchscreen multimedia system supporting both Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The new sedan is also available with an 8-inch touchscreen display with the automaker’s latest multimedia system which comes with navigation. In addition, Hyundai expanded the Elantra’s list of standard safety features with a driver attention monitor, forward automatic emergency braking, blind spot warning, and lane keep assist. All those features were optional on the outgoing Elantra.
