The Bentley T-Series, which started with the T1 model, was completely different from its predecessor, the S-Series. The entire T lineup featured a unibody chassis and independent suspension on all four wheels with automatic control of road clearance, which changed the ride height depending on the load. The monocoque construction made of aluminum and steel was exceptionally light and provided more space inside. Another advantage of such a lightweight body was enhanced performance provided by a 6.23L V8 engine. Besides, the T1 ensured the highest level of safety at that time. The vehicle was produced between 1965 and 1977.
