You wouldn’t partake in any hazardous activity without wearing protective clothing so why subject your off-roader to rough terrain without protection? Severely creased and dented sheet metal body panels are expensive to repair. Body armor is designed to take the hit instead, and even if it’s a severe one, body armor panels are much easier to replace. Get a good bash out on the trail? Just glue or bolt on a new body armor panel and you’re good to go.

The corners of the body on the typical off-roader are exposed and particularly susceptible to damage, so we’ve stocked a large selection of corner guards on our digital shelves to provide the protection you need. We have guards that will shield just the corners as well as protectors that extend all the way to the door jamb. They’re made in a wide range of materials and feature various methods of attachment to the body. You also have a choice of finishes including bright and black diamond plate and polished aluminum, so you can get the look that you want.

Our thermoplastic corner guards provide the easiest path to corner protection. The TPO (Thermoplastic PolyOlefin) material has a flexibility and resiliency that enables it to absorb impacts, and attachment is simple with 3M adhesive. Our metal guards come in aluminum or steel in a range of material thicknesses. In addition to protection these panels can also provide structural support to the body. Most metal corner guards install with the included hardware, and drilling is required, but some are designed to be riveted in place or attached with self-tapping screws.

We know that Jeep CJ and Wrangler owners have many options for accessories and they can configure these off-roaders in many different ways.
