ButlerBuilt Motorsports Equipment appeared back in the 1980s, when Brian Butler started manufacturing aluminum seats for NASCAR championship cars. The company grew consistently throughout the next two decades, producing professional seat systems that were a preferred choice of racers involved in almost all forms of motorsports in America. Whether it's short track motor racing or speedway, dirt or road race, ButlerBuilt offers the right seats that provide the support, comfort, and safety needed to cross the finish line.

Built at the company's location in Concord, North Carolina, ButlerBuilt racing seats are available for a wide range of racing vehicles, from stock cars to sprint cars and from midgets to heavily modded monster trucks. In addition to ButlerBuilt seats, there are products that provide the support and protection racers need, including seat insert kits, door pads, knee protectors, belts and harnesses, lateral head supports, etc. Many of the drivers involved in sprint car racing choose ButlerBuilt steering wheels available in flat and dished designs and sizes ranging from 13” to 17”.

One of the most significant innovations that BUTLER introduced during the last decade is its affordable and already proven line of E-Z Series seats. It includes ButlerBuilt full containment seats available in Sportsman, Sprint, and Micro configurations with different-degree layback designs for stock car, sprint car, and micro sprint applications. Another key addition is a Pour-In-Place insert kit specifically shaped to mold to a race car driver's body, supporting the lower back and allowing for a more even distribution of impact forces.
