The new XJR575 comes with an upgraded version of the latter power unit that delivers 575 hp (hence the name). All variants employ an 8-speed automatic controlled by the corporate JaguarDrive Selector. The 2018 Jaguar XJR575 is the fastest and most powerful representative of the XJ Type series ever built. It is capable of reaching the maximum speed of 186 mph in 44 seconds. It takes the car to accelerate to 60 mph from a standstill in 4.2 seconds. To get all the power its robust engine generates to the wheels and maximize traction, the XJR575 by Jaguar employs an electronic active differential.

The exterior of the new model offers a number of distinctive design features, including a front bumper, new twin hood louvers, rear spoiler, side sills, 20-inch gloss black wheels, and gloss black surround of lower air intake. Inside, the Jaguar XJR575 comes with quilted leather seats and generous standard equipment which includes a large touchscreen and 4G Wi-Fi capability. The new XJ Type by Jaguar comes with a number of standard driver assistance features such as Lane Keep Assist and Driver Condition Monitor.
