While the Mustang and Camaro evolve at a fast pace, the Dodge Challenger stays true to its muscle car roots. It’s big and spacious, its horsepower takes precedence over handling, and it’s better for drag racing and cruising around town than for making tight turns and navigating narrow roads. The Challenger also packs plenty of interior practicality and comfort for the class, while also offering segment-exclusive all-wheel drive. A lot of buyers are attracted by its old-school look. There’s plenty to love about this modern classic, and customizing it is an integral part of ownership. Whatever your project, we have all of the 2021 Dodge Challenger accessories and parts you need to make it better than stock.
For this model year, Dodge continues expanding the Widebody kit availability for the Challenger lineup. The R/T Scat Pack Shaker and T/A 392 are the two models that can now be had with the aforementioned package that adds a variety of appearance- and performance-boosting parts, including widened fenders, wider wheels wrapped in sticky Pirelli tires, adaptive shocks, and beefier brakes. In itself, as suggested by its name, the Shaker variant of the Scat Pack differs by its shaker hood scoop that forces cold air to the high-flow air filter. The T/A 392 is a cosmetic package adding a satin black finish to the hood, roof, and decklid as well as custom graphics. The familiar Gold Rush body color, which is one of the options on the 50th Anniversary Edition package, sees wider availability. This year’s changes also include a memory function that now comes with cars equipped with a power driver’s seat, mirrors, and steering column. Because high-power Challenger models are some of the most frequently stolen cars, Dodge offers a new anti-theft feature as a no-cost update for some trim levels starting this year. The owner can put the car into the security mode that won't let it move faster than idle speed and limit engine output to 3 hp if a secret code is not entered.
The 2021 Challenger’s engine lineup starts with the base 3.6-liter 305-hp V6 that sits under the hoods of the SXT and GT. It has enough muscle to push the coupe around with authority, but the real potential of the Challenger becomes evident with a V8 installed. There’s a selection of powerful Hemis, which starts with those displacing 5.7 liters and making 375 horsepower. A step up is a 6.4-liter mill capable of 485 hp and 475 lb-ft of torque. The mightiest option remains a 6.2-liter supercharged V8 that produces 717 hp in the SRT Hellcat and 797 hp in the SRT Hellcat Redeye. With all these variants that have a unique look and provide different driving experiences, it’s easy to find one that suits your needs. And making it your very own is easy with 2021 Dodge Challenger parts and accessories available in our product catalog.
